Bye Bangalore, truth about design tittles, simple tip to improve your writings
Issue 03
Hello folks,
Came back from Bangalore a few days back. Had so much fun with ‘Ninteans’ there. Also, realized it can get a little tiring meeting so many people at once 😅.
We did a lot of reflection there, grateful to be a part of such talented, hard-working, and humble folks. I’m almost convinced that Intensity/focus outpace long work hours. Deep work is underrated, our culture at Nintee is built to aid it.
I’m extremely happy that one of my rescued kittens, Bobo, has finally found a permanent home. From her recovery to her adoption, it’s nothing less than a miracle.
This leads me to reflect upon how important is it to practice gratitude in your life. What are you feeling grateful for today? Reply to this email and let me know :)

📖 Reading recommendation
1// A satirical take on design titles
As they say: Every time Mark Zuckerberg sneezes, a new design title is announced somewhere in Silicon Valley.
Eg. UX/UI Designer - An old-school interface designer who couldn't get jobs anymore, so they added "UX" to their title because that’s what gets you hired 😅
2 // Simple tips to drastically improve your writing
Writing doesn't just communicate ideas; it generates them. If you're bad at writing and don't like to do it, you'll miss out on most of the ideas writing would have generated.

✨ Quote
Michelangelo was asked by the pope about the secret of his genius, how he carved the statue of David, largely considered the masterpiece of all masterpieces. His answer: “It’s simple. I just remove everything that is not David.”
📣 Shout out
If there’s one person that had a huge impact on me (positively), it’s Paul Millard. I have not only read his book (multiple times) - The pathless path but gifted it to a lot of my friends.
Paul, recently launched his community, called “Find your others”, and highly recommends joining it, know more here.
Have a great weekend ✌️
