π 5 Tweet Tuesday Β π
If you're new around here, every week I share the 5 best tweets I saw.
I scroll, so you don't have to!
Let's dive in:

Also called scratch your own itch, Jason Fried has an excellent podcast on this. At the last startup I was working for, we were aggressively dogfooding our products. I realized, I myself canβt find it to be useful/enjoyable, how can I expect others to use it? I resigned afterward.
Sadly, a lot of founders and early employees donβt accept this truth. Ask yourself, would you be using your product if it werenβt your creation? If the answer is NO, then you might need to take a step back, my friend.

Consistency is overrated, intensity is underrated.
As my friend, Juhi said, βToo much is said about consistency and discipline, and not enough about the impact of catching sparks of inspiration, living life in a series of obsessions, capitalizing on motivational momentum and chilling the rest of the time, and building a life that allows for thisβ

Itβs not hard, actually. Take Peter Thielβs key idea from Zero to 1 and invert it: Consciously go into a niche where many fairly mediocre people do well & just out-compete them. Pretty much guarantees you wonβt be a billionaire. Pretty much guarantees youβll end up ~rich.

P.S. Which tweet was gold for you? Reply with the number (#1, #2, #3, #4, or #5)!
ππ½ One last thing - Some people told me that they are receiving the newsletter in their promotions tab, if youβre one of them and find my newsletter valuable then you can move it into your primary tab.

Loved the consulting comedy tweet π
I needed to read #4 today for sure. Being under the weather, I still feel an immense amount of pressue to publish knowing full well it might not even be high quality.
Internalising the fact that NO ONE actually cares when you publish will be so relieveing.
